Functional, about 75% complete. The templates are mdeApplyAlgebra1-Simple-Benetech.xsl, mdeAlgebra1-Simple-Benetech.xsl and mdeAlgebra1_DelimitedFeatures.xsl (the latter does not implement delimited features despite the name, as the plan was to put delimiters in). It was also necessary to make this one of the "built-in" description modes of mde, so that it could be accessed by the Benetech Mde Web Services.
The first 3 elements of altformatsolutions "Basic Template" have been implemented. The 4th element, line or curve specification, has not yet been implemented.
