This commit adds the following @tiptap table extensions to the project
This commit updates the settings link in the sidebar panel for admin users. The link now points to the "/admin/settings" page instead of "/admin/settings/general". Additionally, a new "Members" link is added for admin users, pointing to the "/admin/settings/members" page. Non-admin users will still see the "General" link only.
