Add an option to install ldap authentification or not...

I use the package often and it is very usefull !
But, because a wiki is a priori something everyone could add an account to, not only the server's users,
the ldap authentification is usually not to be installed. In fact, I have to uninstall it manually everytime I install dokuwiki with ynh.
I suggest to add an option to choose before installation if ldap auth has to be installed.
