Reverb - environment variables

Is it possible to set environment variables for the Reverb service? For instance, if I want to increase the payload size:

Default value:
REVERB_MAX_REQUEST_SIZE=10000

New Value:
REVERB_MAX_REQUEST_SIZE=50000

It seems like we could set some variables in the service settings and restart the service to get the new values.
