[Bug]: NODE will not run/install

Bug description

Fresh install of Herd PRO, clicked on the NODE 22.x (newest version available) install button and it starts to do something, but then exits. On my other Windows machine, i have 22.x and 23.2.0 available to install, and they work perfectly fine.

I got it working, but I had to copy/modify the settings.txt and PATH.txt from my other install to this new computer. Seems like it didn't install correctly? not sure
