Bug description

In Powershell: Installing a new site with a starterkit: 'statamic new sitename jasonbaciulis/leap'
Cannot connect to [statamic.com] to validate license. Please try again later.

Steps to reproduce

In Powershell: Installing a new site with a starterkit: 'statamic new sitename jasonbaciulis/leap'

Same goes for any other starterkit.

Hey, that seems to be a Statamic issue and not related to Herd :)
