Bug description

I can't running herd composer install, the error message say :

Could not delete C:.../vendor/composer/8ba0cd4d\FakerPHP-Faker-bfb4fe1\src\Faker\ORM\Propel:
This can be due to an antivirus or the Windows Search Indexer locking the file while they are analyzed
