Failed to build boost for QNX

Brief problem description

Building boost with qcc toolset fails with segmentation fault.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• download and unpack boost 1.85.0
• run b2 toolset=qcc

Actual behavior summary

If I revert the changes on src/tools/qcc.jam from fbb7fb1 it seems to work fine.

Expected behavior summary

It should build without an error.
