script not selectable in OS X 10.10 #2

In Max OS X 10.10.3, am not able to select the script as the default browser in the preference pane.

Any idea how to do this?

I tried opening the application to see if it would populate in the list, but it doesn't even open in my version of OS X (10.11.4). #3

That would probably need to be fixed first, and when that isn't enough, maybe there is some plist to edit.
