BIFROST v1.0.0 🎉

• This release contains the public BIFROST Testnet node binary and its chain spec JSON file to allow node operators to download.
• The code released is some essential CLI commands for node operators to bootstrap their running nodes.
• Soon or later our team will also publicly release our substrate-based node code as well.
