Default registration on Install allows anyone to use a bigbluebutton server.

I think the Default Registration should be set to "Join By Invitation" or clear disclaimer that installing greenlight with -g on bbb-install leaves the system open to anyone be able to create an account and consume resources without authorization.

Currently set to "Open Registration"

bbb-conf --check could look at postgres and issue WARNING like the demo pages did.
With use of psql one line query, sure someone could do with rake command as well.
