Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently only transfer raw data, ngs mapping, and variant calling results.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should also transfer wgs sv calling, wgs cnv calling, roh calling, targeted seq cnv calling etc. results.

This is probably related to #41. Perhaps we can just build upon the solution in #75?
