Custom DAVRODS_AUTH_NAME message not showing up in WebDAV browser login

See bihealth/sodar-server#2030. I believe that's supposed to show up in the browser login, right? If not, any other way to customize this?

We have a specific message defined even in the default values, but it is not showing up in the browser. We also seem to set the value correctly under AuthName in the vhost config.

I'll have to look into how this is supposed to work. Not the Apache expert tbh..

In any case, I'll do this after #6 and #3 because the configuration will most likely be somehow affected by those anyway.
