Python is ubiquitous in the bioinformatics world, we should have some guidelines.

Do you mean python itself, in which case your recent addition of conf-python-2-7 resolves this. Or do you mean python libraries?

I meant python libraries, but I want to make a distinction between libraries (such as htseq) and programs (seq2HLA) written in python. I'd also like to add some guidance on how to use pyinstaller so that the program case is more robust. I'm making a few more revisions to seq2HLA that should make this much better.
