Release after merging many changes from develop and disabling most packages before revising their current state. Also solves stackoverflow error when using this repo as a nix-channel.

Setup initial environment

This does not include yet custom packages but includes everything else to get started. It also allows creating Docker and Singularity containers from Nix.
