Missing website name option when generating a username with 'Plus addressed email'

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to any website.
2. Click on New to create a new login
3. Click on Generate Username
4. Select Plus addressed email

Expected Result

On previous versions, you were presented with an option for either a randomly generated string or the URL of the website.

Actual Result

There is no option to select the URL of the website

The issue is not present in the iOS app nor in the windows desktop app. Only in the browser extension.
