Is it possible / reasonable to add drag functionality to nodes? I'm having trouble imaging which function in this library would do this.

I assume you want to drag non isolated nodes (connected to edges). There is no such ready to use function in topolis or upstream. Can definitely be implemented but is non trivial.

I have actually implemented it once on upstream (PostGIS) but was too tied up with other business logic and did not consider some corner cases so it wasn't contributable.
