Problem with hardware accelaration or hwaccel_args in FFmpeg

Hello.
I have problem with simple record videos from my camera IPC3612LB-ADF28K-H.
I tried a lot of configs, asked ChatGPT and google. I have even read official documentation of Frigate.
My current config:

I use Frigate on TrueNAS-SCALE-24.10-RC.2 in Docker.

My PC has i3-6100, but it should supports HEVC codec. What can i do? I am feeling it can be a common problem.

the problem appears to be a buggy stream from the camera

So what can i do except to change the codec on camera to 264? During Windows 10 (which was on VM) in other programs stream was ok, but this solution is not optimal, that's why i wanted something more simple. Yesterday i upgraded the firmware on the camera, but it changed nothing. Is any solution or bypass this problem?
