Suggestion: custom hotbar for items

I miss being able to put items on my hotbar from other MMOs.

I need to see my Auric Attunement Potions to remember to use them. I use my Position Rewinder every 10 seconds doing jps and hate having to keep my whole inventory window open to access it. I have the memory of a goldfish and have to check how many druid stone fragments I have after every hear to remember how many I have left today.

I'd love the ability to have a custom hotbar(s)! Maybe I could choose how many rows and columns it has, drag it to wherever I want on my screen, size it how I want, and assign items from my inv to each slot. Then it's always visible as a small reminder of those items/stacks/inventory slots, and I can click on them directly in the hotbar to activate/use rather than having to open my inventory each time and dig through to find it.
