Module Suggestion: Interactable Notes in the World

I am getting into commander stuff, and at some areas, I feel like giving people information like "Jump down here" or "Be careful of ___" would help them. I thought it would be nice to have an easy way to place a note down at a certain location, write some text, and have it copy to clipboard so you can quickly send it out. This would replace having a notepad document that you'd have to pull up every time you want to copy a certain message. I know this idea is used in trail packs, but I thought it'd be nice to have an easy interface for us to create this ourselves in game (so we don't have to go inside the raw code).
