Sigils overlay

As a player with legendary sigils (or infinite upgrade extractor), you might swap sigils more often than most other players. For example, you might switch to a sigil of Grawl slaying for the Volcanic fractal. However, it's easy to forget to switch back to your general purpose sigil when you are finished. I've actually cleared entire raid wings with a Grawl slaying sigil because I forgot to check my gear.

It would be useful to have a permanent overlay for sigils so you'll never have to remember to open your equipment panel.
