When menu is set to never show, Blishud icon is still displayed. There should be an option to always hide the Blishud icon.

When set for "hide out of combat", Blishud responds appropriately with the menu with the same setting. In any case, the Menu is showed when I hold the Alt key. There should be an option to always hide Blishud icon, which would only be displayed when I hit Alt -- just like the games menus.
