IS IMPLEMENTED: Open Wiki for item with hotkey / contextmenu

it should be possible to open the wiki for the item below the mouse cursor. This could be accomplished by:
option 1: pressing a hotkey while the mouse is over the item without clicking.
option 2: Or by showing a right click context menu with "wiki" entry (this may not work because it may overlap with ingame context menu)

could be a standalone module or may even fit into quality of life modules like "tyria qol" or "inquest chipset"
