跟系统压缩对比
1，压缩后，文件大小相同（没有使用特殊图片，仅限于用手机拍摄的照片）
2，图像质量几乎没有变化（从肉眼看）
3，最关键，比系统压缩更耗时（几乎是系统压缩的2倍以上）

2018年6月30日，手机三星S8，Android7.0（还用过一台魅族测试，结论一样）

实践过程，通过Luban压缩，修改了质量压缩方式，得出以上结论

我这边也是，文件大小和系统的没区别，但是时间几乎是两倍以上
