Would be great if you could add a new Import behavior that replaces an entry if it exist and adds a new if not. A combo of Replace Data and Append Data.
If you add one row to a CSV and just want to import that row to Craft you'll have to delete all entries and reimporting them with Append data behavior again. No biggie but if theres a lot of other entry types that have relations to the deleted entries the relations are gone and unnecessary reimports have to be done.
