Shared earlier experiences & knowledge between team members to orient and get to know each other. We found out that our team consists of irregular, regular and even graduate students which is great in terms of diversity.

Discussed about Wiki and shared some useful links.

Discussed about issues and decided to store and follow assign tasks from there.

The tag structures which are going to be used on the issues are discussed. Used some guide [resource] and determined 4 main types for the tags as:
- Priority Labels
- Relation Labels
- Status Labels
- Type Labels

Comunication tools will be reduced in time, decided on the team's natural tendency.

Decided to create personal wiki pages in order to get a more formal structure.
