The render-link-hook is now using relref to find a page as last resort.

This is a notable improvement for existing Markdown including Hugo’s shortcode {{< relref "page" >}} in link references. The hook may not process this shortcode and throw the famous HAHAHUGO.... Authors need to abandon this shortcode when using this theme or this hook.

Now they can just get rid of the shortcodes parenthesis and the quotes around the page and replace [link]({{< relref "page" >}}) with [link](page) and the links get resolved on the site as before.
