What should we do?

Create an example / establish a good practice how to hook in an element template chooser.

Why should we do it?

Because the built-in chooser is gone since v1.0.0-alpha.

The chooser built as part of connectors-modeling-demo could act as a starting point:

@bpmn-io/element-template-chooser is a simple chooser that replaces what is now missing in properties-panel@1.
