When the discrepancy information (git diff) contains Chinese, Chinese will be displayed as hex ESC, such as:
“说明”=>"<U+8BF4><U+660E>"

translate :
当差异信息(git diff)包含中文时，汉语将显示为十六进制转义字符，如：“说明”=>"<U+8BF4><U+660E>"
