PA Flow - Email Assistant

Overview

I can't afford a human assistant to help me triage email right now. However, I may be able to create a Power Automate flow that will help me sort and triage emails.

• You may or may not need to use Power Automate for this.
• Create spreadsheets of students, faculty, and others.
• Route email into appropriate buckets.
• Send automated responses based on buckets.
  • Contact info for James and/or Mike Cooley.
  • Only send once per day (week?).
  • Put people on a list to not receive automated messages (Bijal). If you want to get really fancy, perhaps people can even add themselves to the list.
• Can I even include buttons for specific purposes in the response email?
• Can I create a list of specific exceptions, like Bijal?
• Can I use an always-on out-of-office message to manage senders' expectations?
• Track emails over time.
