I can't afford a human assistant to help me triage email right now. However, I may be able to create a Power Automate flow that will help me sort and triage emails.
You may or may not need to use Power Automate for this.
Create spreadsheets of students, faculty, and others.
Route email into appropriate buckets.
Send automated responses based on buckets.
Contact info for James and/or Mike Cooley.
Only send once per day (week?).
Put people on a list to not receive automated messages (Bijal). If you want to get really fancy, perhaps people can even add themselves to the list.
Can I even include buttons for specific purposes in the response email?
Can I create a list of specific exceptions, like Bijal?
Can I use an always-on out-of-office message to manage senders' expectations?
Track emails over time.
