Error Running the Python script to get the agent to run on my Carla

My team and I are trying to run this script but everytime we have tried it kept producing an error message. I tried to do everything in the installation setup step by step twice and it still produce the same error message. Does anyone have any recommendation of what I'm missing to be able to properly execute this script.
