Description

What is this PR

  • Bug fix
  • Addition of a new feature

Why is this PR needed?
The recent BrainGlobe reorganisation has meant that various parts are in the wrong place. There's also just some outdated info. This is one of those annoying PRs that fixes lots of little things in one go (I updated/fixed things as I saw them).

What does this PR do?

  • Fixes any incorrect references to cellfinder that should be brainmapper
  • Makes sure any content is in the right section (either brainmapper or cellfinder).
  • Removes SWC-specific information
  • Removes some outdated info
  • Fixes typos
  • Updates references to imlib to brainglobe-utils
  • Adds brainmapper citation details

Docs seem to be failing due to GitHub errors - it's a random GitHub URL that fails the link check each time and GitHub is reporting problems.
