Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current contributors table disproportionately talks about the neuroview project.

Describe the solution you'd like
A minimal: move this table under the neuroview section. It describes the contributions to the neuroview paper, not the contributions to the brainhack organization.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A better solution would be to separate the table into contributions to the brainhack organization and contributions to the neuroview paper.

There is technically a "general" contributors section:

http://brainhack.org/brainhack_jupyter_book/contributors.html

And that for the neuroview paper contributors:

http://brainhack.org/brainhack_jupyter_book/neuroview_contributors.html

I am trying to find an elegant way to refactor this and also make it easier to manage new contributors (most probably involving more "standardized" tools like citation.cff, all contributors, tributors...

And also making those tables less horrifying.
