In Pipeline Connectivity-Functional Multiplex Analysis WU, when comparing groups the option Group SUBJECT CLASS is not block and you can choose between several subjects (it should be blocked):

This is correct (Group SUBJECT CLASS is blocked) when opening the groups individually:
