You include .jar, .dylib, and .so versions of jarhdf5 in this library, was there any particular reason not to include a windows .dll?
We are using for a project that is deployed on linux, but some of the developers use windows and would like to run locally - right now they're independently downloading the .dll and setting path to it. We'd like to make their lives a little easier.
If there's no objection to adding a windows .dll we can create a pull request to add it.

@dedaimia Sorry, I missed this issue. We didn't include a windows DLL because our downstream projects that rely on this don't support windows and we don't have a great way of testing it. When we started the project our CI provider travis-ci didn't have windows machines.
We'd be open to including a windows dll if it would be helpful.
