Create an embedded message when a user uploads a .zip file in the mapping discussion or testplays channel, must generate a link compatible with ArcViewer https://allpoland.github.io/ArcViewer/?url=
Check .zip files for issues, such as, if the beatmap cover/ audio is not the same name as listed in the info.dat
