Encryption of PS2 ISO stuck on 0%

I found a PS2 game ISO that I'd like to play using HEN.
I want to encrypt it using Apollo, but it stays stuck on 0% progress.
I see that there is a file created, but it is 0 bytes.

What could be wrong?

try a different ISO file, and copy the file to /dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/ , then check if it gets converted or not.

You can also try to convert it on a PC with ps2classic GUI , or other tools like Multiman
