Presenter mode was removed when I released Parade as a gem.

That functionality should be returned.

Puppetlabs is doing some good work on getting the presenter system into better shape. However, it was still problematic for quite a few slides and presentations that I have built.

I want to push this off to be a gem and remove it form the 1.0 release.
