baritone sometimes doesn't break tallgrass (normal grass)

Baritone version: v1.2.8 (seems to also get stuck on latest baritone version v1.3.4)
Forge mods (if used): None (Impact 4.7.2)

No errors that I found.

How to reproduce

Go in any world (or any server where it allows breaking)
Do #mine tallgrass (or .b mine tallgrass) (or just grass in 1.13.2)
It will mine some tallgrass (grass), but it somehow stops and doesnt continue to mine, and if you're afk it won't break for a while until you manually break one and then it will continue, but will again somehow get stuck and this would repeat itself. only reason why i wanted to use this cus i wanted to afk getting seeds for my farm but somehow it got stuck every time.

easiest solution to this is make a big ass selection, and just mine the seeds

I can confirm this bug still occurs today for v1.6.3.
It will not break two-block high flowers. As well as tall grass.
