The chart currently does not provide a straightforward way to enable metrics collection or monitoring.

Proposed Changes

Provide a ServiceMonitor or similar resource for Prometheus.
Add .Values.metrics.enabled to toggle metrics on or off.

See temporal or banzai for inspiration.
