Tools folder is being deleted on clean build

I use the tools folder to store some script extensions to cakebuild and recently I noticed that cake is deleted that folder in an attempt to download the latest version of the tools and files needed for the build. I'd like to request that you only delete the files that need to be updated rather than nuking the entire folder.

@ravensorb what you are describing is an action taken by the default bootstrapper (i.e. Build.ps1 or build.sh). These are a best guess at the normal defaults that a project wants. There is nothing to stop you changing these to fit with how your project works.
