Deleting Scribbles

There should be a way to delete a scribble which would restore the default scribble text. Needs to be clear to the user that this is what will happen.

The backend work is in place for this and I've been doing some work to support this in the front end editor. Right now it's really awkward and I'm not certain that it's needed for an initial release. Calling it "delete" might be confusing for the primary content editors. Calling it "reset to default" is more accurate about what it does but doesn't really help someone if they don't know what the default is. I'll push up my current work in a branch which attempts to make this work but right now I'm not really happy with how it's turning out. Pushing this out of the initial milestone and I think I'll move caching into its place.
