Implement Closing All Projects Modal

For this sprint:

1. Add a button next to the All Projects Modal that will allow the user to minimise it.
2. Once clicked, the modal should minimise into a smaller search bar button on the top left of the screen.
3. To reopen the modal, the user will click on this search bar button.

Don't worry about any smooth animations, just focus on being able to close and open the modal :D As always if you need help reach out to me or Adi. (preferably Adi if it's technical)
