[chore] Style Filters and Technology Filter Dropdown

This sprint, you will fix the styling of the filters, and also make the style of the technology filter. Please do not rely on the screenshots attached here -- refer to Josh's Hi-Fis to get the most accurate styling

Here is what you must do this week:

1. Fix the filter styling:
   a. Move the filters into the main app page, rather than the map component
   b. Please refer to IJP’s components to see how to pass props and make a component: https://github.com/calblueprint/immigration-justice-project/blob/main/src/components/InputDropdown/index.tsx
   c. I have created the fonts for the text – import FilterFont from texts.ts

2. Style the technology filter:
   a. When you click on the technology filter, you will want this drop down menu to appear:
   b. Kyle from Trap Garden has made filters, so you can see here how it should be like: [feat] Implement state filter and multi select filters trap-garden#27
   c. DON’T implement the function / functionalities. We just want the styling to be set
