"error:0308010C:digital envelope routines::unsupported" when connecting to Exchange server

I'm starting this issue here because i suspect that it's a problem with the docker image, not cal.com in general. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

There's the issue calcom/cal.com#8123 about connecting to an Exchange server.
The new version 4.5.10 released last night was supposed to fix this issue, but i'm now getting the error "error:0308010C:digital envelope routines::unsupported" upon connecting. This indicates an outdates SSL module according to https://stackoverflow.com/a/73027407

I did build my own docker container following the steps in the README.
