Fix CaltechDATA

repo2docker should work for CaltechDATA, line repo2docker 10.22002/D1.1250.

The configuration in

repo2docker/repo2docker/contentproviders/zenodo.py

Line 47 in dd097a2

is certainly wrong, since it's for the old version of CaltechDATA.

There will likely need to be another api call to get the file download url. I don't know whether adding this will be too cumbersome.

Try getting repo2docker https://data.caltech.edu/records/ex3xw-40c50 to work. The file download url will be https://data.caltech.edu/records/ex3xw-40c50/files/caltechlibrary_caltechdata_usage-v0.0.2.zip?download=1
