Currently seems to return same info as endpoint: /models/{model}/entities/{entity}/attributes/{attribute}
Eventually want to be same as: /models/{model}/entities/{entity}/attributes/{attribute}/enumerations
Existing differences w/ other enumeration endpoint
Edit 2021/12/08: In recent terminology services meeting, I heard the only difference thing this endpoint has that the other one does not is the yaml format.
