search locks itself up if triggered before charms are loaded

Sometimes the list of charms takes time to be populated (store.json is taking longer to load?). When a search is submitted before the list of charms is populated, the search will return the full list of charms and not refresh with the correct result until the search is cleared or altered.

A more or less reliable way to reproduce this is to access juju.is (click on logo), clear browser cache and access Charmhub in the header. The loading of charms can take up to 7 seconds for me.
