This should've been done before release, but evidently I forgot. The fkms overlay isn't supported on the Pi 5, and hasn't been supported on prior models since buster (upstream), so we can't be relying upon it for Core 24.

Switch Core 24 from fkms to kms

not supported at all on the Pi 5.
