Question regarding the Feature Flags service

Hi,

Based on the documentation it is unclear to me whether the feature flag service is available in production or not:

We have written a custom provider to populate req.features (following the example).
When we run it in hybrid mode locally the functionality works, toggling the features is reflected on the UI, however, the same does not work when we deploy the app to CF.
